These are my personal, daily workouts – they may or may not be right for you – but please, feel free to use them in full or part. In general I would classify these workouts as FUNCTIONAL, blending elements of strength, core, cardio and mobility through a variety of program design (horizontal loading, circuit/interval, supersets, etc) and medium (bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, etc). If you are following these daily workouts you’ll notice that no two workouts are the same, I like to keep it fresh and am continually trying new techniques, progressions and movement patterns. Occasionally I’ll work in one of our multi-week workout programs and if I do, I’ll make sure to reference it so that you can view the entire workout program. These workouts are for the intermediate to advanced, every day athlete. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.
