CONDITIONING
WORKOUT
Complete 10 rounds of the following exercises as quickly as possible.
- Contralateral Bird Dog Row x 10 (each side)
- DB Bench Press x 10
- 600m Row
MOBILITY
3 Sets. Complete all exercises in the set consecutively, no rest between exercises or sets. Perform each exercise for 60 seconds.
- Down Dog to Pigeon (alternating sides)
- Pike Fold -> Deep Squat Hold
- Child’s Pose -> Cobra
- Spider Lunge T-Frame
- Single Leg RDL Hurdler
Finish the workout with a 5-10 minute Parasympathetic Breathing session.
