- Single Leg RDL Hurdler x 10 (each side)
- Kneeling Band Pallof Press w/ Rotation x 10 (each side)
- Pigeon Stretch x 60 seconds (each side)
- Seated Band Pull Down w/ 2 sec hold x 10
- Band Resisted Bird Dog x 10 (each side)
