CONDITIONING
WORKOUT
Complete 1 round of the following exercises as quickly as possible.
- 50 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 50 Jumping Pull Ups
- 50 Kettlebell Swings (35/25 lb)
- 50 Walking Lunges
- 50 Hanging Knees-to-Elbows
- 50 Push Press (45/35 lb – bar only)
- 50 Supermans
- 50 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
- 50 Burpees
MOBILITY
3 Sets. Complete all exercises in the set consecutively, no rest between exercises or sets. Perform each exercise for 60 seconds.
- Down Dog to Pigeon (alternating sides)
- Pike Fold -> Deep Squat Hold
- Child’s Pose -> Cobra
- Spider Lunge T-Frame
- Single Leg RDL Hurdler
Finish the workout with a 5-10 minute Parasympathetic Breathing session.
